Rebates & programs

Qualify. Save. Stay comfortable.

California families leave real money unclaimed every year because the programs are confusing. Here is a plain-English breakdown — and a two-minute way to find out which ones fit your home.

The four kinds of help available

Most households qualify for more than one, and several can be combined on a single project.

State heat pump incentives

Most California homeowners

California backs efficient electric heat pumps that replace older gas or resistance systems. Amounts vary by program, region, and equipment efficiency, and funding is limited each cycle — which is why timing matters.

Federal efficiency tax credits

Households that owe federal tax

Qualifying equipment and home-envelope improvements can reduce your federal tax bill. We provide the model numbers, efficiency ratings, and invoices your tax preparer needs. We are not tax advisors.

Income-qualified assistance

Households under program income limits

If your household is under the applicable limit, support can be substantially larger — in some cases covering most or all of a qualifying project. Verification is handled by the program administrator, not by us.

Utility rebates & weatherization

Depends on your utility territory

Many utilities layer their own rebates on top of state programs for equipment, smart thermostats, duct sealing, and insulation. Your ZIP code determines which ones you can stack.

Honest caveat: we are a contractor, not a government agency, and we don't administer these programs. Availability, income limits, and amounts are set by the program administrators and can change without notice.

Eligibility check

See what your household qualifies for.

Seven quick questions about your home. No documents, no credit check, and no obligation. Income questions are optional and only used to check income-qualified programs.

Straight answers

Does checking my eligibility cost anything?
No. The questionnaire is free, the follow-up call is free, and the in-home assessment is free. You are never obligated to buy equipment from us.
Will you tell me if I don't qualify?
Yes, plainly. Telling you the truth about what you don't qualify for is the whole reason people trust us with what they do qualify for.
Do you guarantee a rebate amount?
No, and be cautious of anyone who does. Program rules, income limits, and funding availability change. We tell you which programs to pursue and confirm final eligibility with the administrator.
Do renters have any options?
Sometimes. Certain programs are landlord-initiated or apply to multi-family buildings. We'll tell you what your realistic options are and what to ask your property owner.
What happens to the information I submit?
It is used to check your eligibility and contact you about your project. We do not sell or trade your information to lead brokers.
